The Molara Apartment is the most spacious and complete option within Residence Moresca, designed to comfortably accommodate large groups or several families. Characterised by a more classic and traditional style, it offers generous rooms and the convenience of an optimal subdivision.

L'flat Molara offers an exceptional division of space, with well three bedrooms and the important presence of two full bathrooms.

Vast Living Area: The spacious living room, furnished in a classic style with important dark wood furniture and comfortable sofas (two units), is the ideal place to gather. The traditional tiled floor adds a touch of authenticity.
Separate kitchen: Unlike other flats, Molara boasts a completely separate kitchen from the living room, also classically equipped with modern appliances, including the dishwashers.
Night Zone: The sleeping area consists of a double room e two small bedrooms (both with two single beds, some bunk beds), providing flexibility and privacy for all guests.

The Terrace Overlooking the Sea Promenade

The Molara flat is equipped with a spacious terrace and covered terrace that directly overlooks the waterfront of Golfo Aranci. The terrace is furnished with a large dining table, allowing guests to enjoy outdoor meals with a uninterrupted view on the promenade, palm groves and the waters of the gulf.

A true "master flat" combining classic charm, maximum functionality and one of the most desirable locations in the building.

Where we are

Residence Moresca is located in the centre of Golfo Aranci. All amenities are nearby, including supermarkets, restaurants, laundries, bicycle and car hire, tours and excursions.

Cancellation policy

The customer may cancel free of charge up to 30 days prior to arrival.
The customer pays the total amount of the booking if they cancel within 7 days prior to arrival.
If the customer does not show up, they will be required to pay the full amount of the booking.

A valid identity document must be presented for all guests before the start of the stay.

Additional rules

Smoking is not permitted inside the flat. Smoking is strictly prohibited in any indoor area.
Separate waste collection is mandatory. Waste must be disposed of in the correct bins: Paper, Plastic, Organic Waste, Dry Waste and Glass.
In the event of negligence on the part of guests, we may charge a fee of €50 for the proper disposal of waste.
